Is communication conducted on equal footing, so that all employees have the opportunity to share their opinions and ideas?
Holistic thinking and action.
Are all relevant employees across the entire value chain informed, thus cultivating a holistic, process-oriented way of thinking?
How are the hierarchies structured?
Are there flat hierarchies that promote quick decision-making processes and facilitate exchange between different levels?
How is feedback given and received?
Is there regular, structured feedback loops that enable continuous improvement across all levels?
How are errors handled?
Is there an open error culture in which failures are learned from, instead of assigning blame?
How is the autonomy of employees promoted?
Do employees and teams have the freedom to independently organize their tasks and make decisions?
How quickly can decisions be made?
Are there processes that enable teams to make decisions autonomously and quickly without lengthy approval procedures?
